This site is provided for browsing and purchasing photography. You may not scrape, bulk-download, or attempt to circumvent the watermarking or access controls on any image. Watermarked preview images are for evaluation only and are not licensed for any other use.
When you purchase a photograph, you receive a full-resolution, watermark-free copy and a full usage license to do with as you please — personal or commercial, online or in print, with no further fees, royalties, or attribution owed to us. Copyright in the photograph itself remains with Alicia Ashton Photography; purchasing a photo licenses you to use it, it doesn't transfer ownership or copyright. We may continue to use, display, and license the same image ourselves (for example in our own portfolio or to other customers) unless we've separately agreed otherwise with you.
Until a photo is purchased, it remains the property of Alicia Ashton Photography and is made available on this site as a watermarked preview only.
Because purchases are digital files delivered immediately, sales are generally final once a file has been delivered, except where the file itself is faulty or doesn't match what was ordered. Get in touch via the contact form if something's gone wrong with an order.
